2. THE INVOICE OF YOUR PINCIC MUST BE PAID BY DUE DATE. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR PINCIC BEING CANCELLED.
3. IN THE EVENT OF WET WEATHER YOU CAN EITHER RELOCATE INDOORS, UNDERCOVER OR RESCHEDULE. AT LEAST 72 HOURS NOTICE FOR RESCHEDULING IS REQUIRED.
4. ALL PRICES INCLUDE TRAVEL AROUND ALBURY/WODONGA. CONTACT US IF LOCATION IS OUTSIDE THE SURROUNDINGS FOR PRICING.
5. WE ARE NO WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING YOU WITH WEATHER FORECASTS.
6. THE PERSON ORGANIZING THE PICNIC/HIRE IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT IS DAMAGED OR LOST. YOU WILL RECEIVE A INVOICE FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT THAT WILL NEED TO BE PAID.
7. PLEASE ENSURE YOU OR YOUR GUESTS DO NOT ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 5 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, UNLESS DISCUSSED PRIOR.
8. IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT LAST MINUTE, THERE WILL NO REFUND ONLY STORE CREDIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. IF CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR EVENT THERE WILL BE A FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR PAYMENT.
